OPTIONAL PROCESSING<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text]Depending on the needs, it is therefore possible to choose the type of processing to be applied in order to have a\u00a0high quality product<\/strong>, characterized by\u00a0different<\/strong>\u00a0mechanical<\/strong>\u00a0and aesthetic qualities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Brushing <\/strong>(180 Grid) gives to stainless products a surface perfectly uniform and almost without traces. The process is made by using non-woven synthetic fibre materials (nylon) impregnated with abrasive granules of aluminium oxide and silicon carbide.<\/p>\n

A second option is the Satine <\/strong>(320 Grid) finishing<\/strong>, which guarantees a good uniformity of the roughness values on the whole surface and a good appearance finish, thanks to the use of abrasive e belts in various grits, for the removal of oxides and other impurities.<\/p>\n

Finally,\u00a0the Mirror polishing <\/strong>(600 Grid) finishing ensures that stainless steel\u00a0products are highly reflective, smooth\u00a0finish\u00a0with a scratch free appearance, achieved through\u00a0polishing\u00a0the\u00a0stainless steel. The benefit to a mirror finish is highly corrosion resistant and a and an aesthetically pleasing surface finish. This is due to the polishing procedure which removes deep scratches which can harbor corrosive particles.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\u2022 Brushing: 180 Grid
